Clontarf Rugby Bootcamp

Looking to start playing rugby or simply fancy an opportunity to get a bit fitter?

Clontarf Women’s and Junior Rugby will be running a free fitness bootcamp at  our top class playing facilities @ Clontarf Rugby Club, Castle Avenue, Dublin 3.

When is it on?

The sessions will be run from 7pm – 8.30pm on each of the below dates. 

No worries, if you can’t make some of the sessions, come whenever you can, meet some new people, and have some fun while getting fitter!

What do I need to bring?

  • Workout gear
  • Water
  • Boots/runners

Changing and shower facilities will be available before and after each session.

What to expect at each session

Our session leaders will look to tailor each session to the participants on the day, ensuring that whether you are a coach potato or a fitness fanatic, you will still have left the the session having had a fun time and worked up a good sweat.

The sessions will be a mix of high intensity interval exercises encompassing some non-contact rugby based drills.
